Nordkeys is an online booking and accommodation management platform operated by Mainostoimisto Loud Oy.
Platform role
Nordkeys provides software tools for accommodation providers. Nordkeys is not the accommodation provider, seller, travel organiser, payment recipient for accommodation services, or provider of extra services unless this is clearly stated separately.
Accommodation provider responsibility
The accommodation provider is responsible for the accommodation, prices, availability, descriptions, images, booking terms, cancellation rules, taxes, extra services, delivery of services, refunds, disputes, guest support, and the accuracy of information entered into the Nordkeys platform.
Bookings and extra services
When a guest makes a booking or orders an extra service, the contract for that accommodation or service is normally between the guest and the relevant accommodation provider. The accommodation provider's own booking terms, extra service terms, cancellation rules, and privacy information may also apply.
Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Nordkeys does not store full card numbers. Payment issues, refunds, cancellations, and charge-related questions should normally be handled by the relevant accommodation provider or payment provider.
Limitation of responsibility
Nordkeys is not responsible for problems caused by accommodation providers, guests, third-party services, incorrect information entered by users, payment provider issues, service delivery failures, cancellations, refunds, disputes, or legal compliance of accommodation provider content.
Changes
Nordkeys may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be available through Nordkeys-powered pages.
