Frequently asked questions
Is Nordkeys a PMS or a channel management system?
Nordkeys combines a PMS dashboard with sales-channel management tools for managing availability, prices and restrictions across different sales channels.
Does Nordkeys charge booking commission?
No. Nordkeys uses fixed yearly software pricing. Payment providers such as Stripe charge their own normal processing fees separately.
Can I receive direct bookings?
Yes. Nordkeys includes your own booking page, payment connection to your own Stripe account and booking confirmation emails.
Who handles direct booking payments?
Direct booking payments are processed through the accommodation business’s own Stripe account or another agreed payment provider. Nordkeys does not receive guest payments.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move to a larger plan when your number of rooms/units, accommodation types or sales channels grows.
Are prices shown with VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT.
Does Nordkeys help with onboarding?
Yes. Onboarding can include account setup, direct-booking page setup, channel mapping, training and booking import.
