These terms of use apply to using the Nordkeys website, contacting Nordkeys and preparing onboarding.

These terms apply to use of the Nordkeys website. The website is intended for learning about the Nordkeys service, contacting Nordkeys, viewing the demo and preparing onboarding.

2. Website content

Information, features, prices and service descriptions shown on the website are general information. They may be changed, updated or removed without separate notice.

We aim to keep information up to date, but we do not guarantee that the information on the website is always error-free, complete or current.

3. Contact and onboarding forms

Information submitted through forms is used for contacting the user, responding to demo views and preparing onboarding.

Submitting a form does not yet create an agreement for using or purchasing the Nordkeys service.

4. Service agreement and onboarding

The onboarding of the Nordkeys service, final service scope, pricing, possible additional services and responsibilities are agreed separately with the customer.

A possible agreement is formed only based on separate acceptance, order or written confirmation.

5. Intellectual property rights

Website texts, layout, images, logos, graphics and other content are the property of Nordkeys or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, published, shared or used for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by website use, downtime, incorrect information or third-party services.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or operation.

7. Prices and service descriptions

Prices and service descriptions shown on the website are preliminary and may change. Final prices, service content and onboarding scope are confirmed separately for the customer.

Nordkeys does not charge booking commission according to the pricing model described on the website, but payment providers such as Stripe may charge their own processing fees.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Finnish law unless mandatory legislation states otherwise.

Possible disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation.
